Platypus Impact Housing Australia (PIHA) is a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not for Profits Commission (ACNC). The Australian Tax Office has approved PIHA exemptions as a charitable enterprise.

The charity's income supports community housing organisations to attain their goals across VIC, NSW, ACT, and QLD, by filling gaps in the community provision with the provision to appropriate affordable housing.
